Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver your order as fast as possible. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may happen due to external factors.
Once shipped, you'll receive tracking details. After dispatch, responsibility shifts to the courier partner — but we'll still help if something goes wrong.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Hygiene Notice
We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on inner boxers and boxer shorts. This is strictly due to hygiene reasons. Once purchased, items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless damaged or incorrect.
All other products may be eligible for return or exchange, subject to:

Damaged / Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours. Send your order number and clear photos. If verified, we'll replace the product or offer a suitable resolution.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Everything you see here — designs, graphics, logos, content — belongs to LazySloth. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use without permission.
